Registration and card verification procedure

To register, you have to make the following steps:

  • · Then fill out a simple registration form and submit it.

To pass verification, after registration, you have to:

  • · Go to personal account,;
  • · In the “Pass Verification” section submit the verification form by following the simple instructions described on the verification page.

Rules of the banking account verification procedure

For successful account verification, you must attach and send a photo of a bank card, which must meet certain requirements, namely:

  • · The first and last 4 digits must be visible on the photo of the bank card. The rest of the figures can be closed;
  • · In the background (behind the card) a monitor with an open tab of our site should be visible;
  • · If you do not have the opportunity to take a picture of the card on the background of the site, you can take a photo on the background of a sheet on which write the name of our service “eezy.cash” and the current date by your hand;
  • · If you have a virtual card – you need a screenshot with two simultaneously open tabs of our website and Internet banking with an open card;
  • · If you are verifying from your phone, you need to make a screen recording showing 2 tabs in turn: a bank card on the online banking page / application, a personal account page on the “eezy.cash” website. Then send the video to our telegram.

Attention!

  • · Photo size should not exceed 2 MB;
  • · All data must be legible, without cuts at the edges and made with good lighting;
  • · The photo must not be in mirror image.

PROHIBITED!

  • · Applying filters to photos, using graphic editors, making changes..

AML check

Each transaction undergoes a mandatory AML check. The eezy.cash exchange office uses the AMLBot tool.

AMLBot is a convenient service for checking cryptocurrency and its connection with illegal activities. It allows you to see detailed information about the level of risk and sources of origin of funds. Such verification is carried out for security purposes and to minimize the risks of using cryptocurrency.

If the risk of the user’s transaction exceeds 45%, the user’s funds may be blocked. The exchange service may request the user to pass the verification of identity, as well as photo, video, documentary evidence of the origin and legitimacy of funds. Funds of the user can not be exchanged / refunded until he passed the verification of identity and providing all necessary materials.

We ask users to make their own AML check of funds in advance before paying the application.
