Exodus Movement (EXOD), a publicly-traded fiat-to-crypto services company, has teamed up with blockchain hardware manufacturer Ledger to introduce a new crypto swap aggregator, dubbed XO Swap. Announced Tuesday, the feature will be integrated into the **Ledger Live** app, allowing users to swap thousands of crypto pairs directly from their self-custody wallets via third-party exchange API providers.

Ledger, a leading hardware wallet provider, is focused on creating a more connected, multichain crypto ecosystem. The company aims to break down barriers between separate blockchains, with this integration offering enhanced user control and security, according to the press release. Unlike centralized exchanges, XO Swap ensures transactions occur on-chain, giving users direct ownership of their assets.

XO Swap will aggregate transactions through multiple third-party platforms, sending assets directly to users’ Ledger wallets. The service will debut on desktop, with a mobile version to follow.

The announcement comes after Exodus Movement reported a nearly $10 million quarterly loss in August, a stark contrast to the $2 million profit it posted in the same quarter last year.
